Quality Custom Laser Engraving (INSIDE of the Ring)
$30 for up to 15 characters (or less) – (English letters & numbers only)

additional $1.50 for every character (roman letters & numbers only) thereafter
special symbols (i.e. star, heart, infinity, etc.) are an additional cost. pls inquire.
pls send us a .jpg file of the special character you wish engraved.
Total number of characters to be engraved on the outside cannot be combined with total number of characters engraved on the inside of the ring, i.e. if you have only 7 characters on the outside, that is $30 and if you only have 8 characters to be engraved on the inside, that is also a separate $30.
PLEASE NOTE: Don’t exceed more than 25 characters in a ring. It would be too small and barely readable, hence, defeating the purpose.
For ID Bracelets, you can have have 3 rows of text so it can be over 25 characters.

PAYMENT
We accept Paypal & Credit Cards as methods of payment. Cancellation of orders can be made before I ship your item. Refunds will be made to your paypal account or credit card. All sales to California residents are subject to applicable taxes.

US SHIPPING – My jewelry ships in 1-2 days!
We trust the US mailing system and ships via USPS First Class Mail, including insurance and tracking numbers are provided the buyer. Items will be shipped between 1-2 business days of order received. Other shipping options are also available upon request at an additional cost, payable via PAYPAL. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
*Custom made items such as Birthstone Rings, Diamond Rings and orders with Engravings will be shipped between 3-5 business days of ordered received.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Some countries charge for VAT/customs duty and/or import taxes. These are not included in our final price and buyer is fully responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with an estimate of the duty/vat or taxes imposed on your purchases.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
ALL returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days from the date the item was received by buyer. All rings are made from the sizes ordered. If you have ordered the wrong size, request for a return authorization and we will replace it for you. A 15% restocking fee applies which is payable via PAYPAL. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, which is also payable via PAYPAL.
If you change your mind and/or NO LONGER WANTED the item you ordered, you can also return them to us after getting a return authorization. You will be refunded what you paid for LESS the 15% restocking fee. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date item was received by buyer.
EXCEPTION: All CUSTOM MADE ORDERS are subject to 35% restocking fee. All items with White Diamond, Black Diamond & Birthstones are considered CUSTOM ORDERS. All our rings start off as without stones (diamonds/birthstones) on them, and when you order one with a stone, it is custom made for you. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For international customers, standard international shipping charges apply. Only the cost of the item is refunded (less any restocking fee that applies). Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All our rings are also COMFORT FIT. It is best that you visit a couple of jewelers and specifically try on COMFORT FIT rings.
Any item that has been engraved or altered in any way or no longer it its original condition. WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND, RETURN OR REPLACEMENT.

Beautiful and readable. We chose Hankok. I was worried the font would be quite small, although we did buy only 15 characters.
We bought cobalt chrome wedding bands and the word “cobalt” (engraved) is much shallower hence a lighter colour than our actual engraving and doesn’t take away from our engraving.
Service was great. Communication was easy and she confirmed and reconfirmed our order and our words to be engraved. I will DEFINITELY buy from here and engrave again. Thank you.
