US SHIPPING – My jewelry ships in 1-2 days! We trust the US mailing system and ships via USPS First Class Mail, including insurance and tracking numbers are provided the buyer. Items will be shipped between 1-2 business days of order received. Other shipping options are also available upon request at an additional cost, payable via PAYPAL. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. *Custom made items such as Birthstone Rings, Diamond Rings and orders with Engravings will be shipped between 3-5 business days of ordered received.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Some countries charge for VAT/customs duty and/or import taxes. These are not included in our final price and buyer is fully responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with an estimate of the duty/vat or taxes imposed on your purchases.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
ALL returns and exchanges are accepted 14 days from the date the item was received by buyer. All rings are made from the sizes ordered. If you have ordered the wrong size, request for a return authorization and we will replace it for you. A 15% restocking fee applies which is payable via PAYPAL. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, which is also payable via PAYPAL.
If you change your mind and/or NO LONGER WANTED the item you ordered, you can also return them to us after getting a return authorization. You will be refunded what you paid for LESS the 15% restocking fee. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date item was received by buyer.
EXCEPTION: All CUSTOM MADE ORDERS are subject to 35% restocking fee. All items with White Diamond, Black Diamond & Birthstones are considered CUSTOM ORDERS. All our rings start off as without stones (diamonds/birthstones) on them, and when you order one with a stone, it is custom made for you. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For international customers, standard international shipping charges apply. Only the cost of the item is refunded (less any restocking fee that applies). Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Any item that has been engraved or altered in any way or no longer it its original condition. WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND, RETURN OR REPLACEMENT.
